SHIPPING

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days Monday through Friday to the address input into the shipping address section. Please verify your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Depending on the size of your order items are sent USPS flat rate priority or first class mail with a tracking number that will be sent to you in your shipped receipt email. Most small orders will be sent first class and larger orders are sent 2 day priority due to limited priority box sizes.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible if your package gets lost, damaged or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines. Unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how long it is going to take for the package to get to you. We will do our best to work with you on any lost package issues. Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance. If your item is damaged please submit a claim to USPS.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

International shipping: Every country is different but there might be an additional customs duty fee. You will be responsible for any additional fees after shipped from the US.


The Australian government recently passed a new law that will go into effect July 1, 2018 that impacts some orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect goods and services tax (GST) on certain goods sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD.
Please note: Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia are not accepting USPS first class mail from the US. They are only allowing mail to be shipped express which starts at $80.00.

If your mailing address is in CA, a 9.5% sales tax (CA) will be added to your invoice.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Jewelry: If an item breaks or comes apart later feel free to message me with a picture and I will gladly fix it. Depending on the damage there might be a fee. Every circumstance is different. There are no returns. I will do an exchange if I am contacted within 3 days after delivery. The item must be shipped back to me within 7 days of contacting me.


Please note: All stones are natural. Any irregularities in shape, color or crystallization are due to the natural nature of these stones and are not considered flaws. You will not always receive the item pictured. Some jewelry pieces can be re-made and because these are natural stone/crystals there might be slight differences.
Crystals: I pack all crystals with love and care with lots of bubble wrap, newspaper or paper. I recycle all shipping materials so they aren't always pretty. We are not responsible if an item breaks or is damaged during shipping. Once the box leaves my hands I cannot control how long it will take to get to you and I am not at fault if it is lost or stolen. No refund will be issued and no items will be sent in their place. Priority mail comes with $50.00 of insurance. Please submit a claim to USPS if you receive a damaged or broken item.

NOTE: My jewelry is, for the most part, dainty which means they are also delicate. This means you must be caring for my jewelry creations. Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet. Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box/bag that was provided. Do not wear Panache Jewelry while doing vigorous activities like exercise.
